The teaching is in English, so it is easy to communicate.The Takin reserve is also nice.I think driving long distances is difficult for kids. And as the driving speed is slow, driving time can be long.Plan something near the west, Paro, Thimphu, maximum Punakha which is three hours driving from Thimphu. There are a few treks in this area.You can consider rafting near Punakha.Enjoy your planning.
