has anyone travelled with the windhorse travel, they are out of minnesota but are bhutanese.? thanks for information.

I don%26#39;t know this agency, but can advise you to work directly with a local agency, as the ones abroad have to work with a Bhutanese too. This way you can save yourself some money, and more flexibility in planning.
