i would recommend to find it online of all the Bhutanese Local Tour operator%26#39;s through GOOGLE, YAHOO, AOL, Search Engine.
Just open the above search engine and type for example trekking bhutan, bhutan tour, adventure bhutan, bhutanese people of bhutan, information of bhutan, where bhutan is located, information on bhutan, etc....
you will find lots of Local Bhutan Tour Operator%26#39;s site. it is easy to find them directly and contact them directly. you dont have to route through any of other travel and tour organizer, which would be little more expensive then what ever you get the quotation from the local tour operator of Bhutan.
remember you might find an Indian and Nepal agent while searching online but you can always recognize them easily by seeing the logo of Tourism Council of Bhutan and Association of Bhutanese Tour Operator.
