Has anyone used Far Fung, Geographic Expedtions or Blue Poppy to plan a trip to Bhutan? I am looking for peoples experiences to help me make my decision. Thanks!

I used Blue Poppy in November 2008. I had not problems, emails were answered promptly, the tour was tailered to our interests and our guide and driver were both very helpful and good company.

Likewise - used Blue Poppy this year. Great service, highly recommend them.
Another option is to contact the hotel directly to arrange tours for you. Some hotels will do it for you as part of their service.
During my trip in Sep, the hotel that I stayed arranged everything for me, including my visa, air ticket (Druk Air) and all my tours including the Druk Path Trek which is very convenient as there%26#39;s no hiccups from them!

Curious who you ended up using for your BHutan trip?
I live in NYC and currently planning a trip for the Fall (Oct. 2009) Have talked to Geographic Expeditions but looking for more opinions. I want to do this trip the right way -- once in a lifetime trip (and I don%26#39;t necessarily mean a luxury trip - just everything taken care of including a VERY reliable car and driver!! Thanks for your help.
