March trip approaching---what is essential to take?

Ok you bhutan experts.....we are so excited to be heading out soon.....March 6-18. What should we take in terms of clothing? We pack light....do I need some kind of skirt for anything? Daytime is warm and nights are cold, right? No, we are not doing any trekking, just day hikes.

You%26#39;re right,pack light, a few short-sleeve shirts, a few long sleeve shirts,a fleece or two, rainjacket. Layers is always good. In Bhutan no one dresses up for dinner, so if you wish, take only pants, no need for a skirt. Just even when it is warm during the day, take some cover for arms in the Temples.

Rainwear, umbrella, as Bhutan gets lots of rain, mostly only part of the day.

Most hotels provide soap, not all shampoo as well,

so bring a small bottle of your favorite shampoo.

Lots of photo-equipment, batteries, films or memory-cards, you%26#39;ll make more pictures than you plan.

Take some pictures from your home town, and maybe some small gifts for if you meet special people.
